The product was shipped very well protected. We received the fiber laser cutting machine in less than 1 week, even with bad weather at the time. The unit is very sturdy when put together. Great unit for the price. Everything has went smooth with the setup. The system is easy to use and Beta has been very quick and helpful answering questions (on my lack of knowledge). For someone who has never worked with a Fiber Laser before, this is a good start. The bed isn’t as small as I thought it would be and the motor seems to cut through steel easily if you do the settings. I had an issue when I was building the machine and needed to contacted the seller for support and I was amazed how they went above and beyond to help me get the Fiber laser up and running! If you have doubts about buying one from this seller you should feel at ease knowing they are willing to assist to the best of their ability if you need help!

I received my machine half a month ago. The working process of the machine is very convenient. I saw a lot of machines that can cut metal, and finally chose the fiber laser cutting machine. Well packaged, well built and easy to assemble. I run and program industrial lasers for a living so my expectations about code and user interface are unbelievably high, and this machine meets them all.A great machine for beginners and for experienced laser operators.
